Problems with some VPS servers in Canada Sunday 13th March 2022 19:37:29

Some of our customers have experienced their VPS go offline today in Canada. We are monitoring the situation and fixing things as we become aware of VPS being down. If your VPS is currently unreachable, please be patient it will come back up again as soon as is possible.

We believe all VPS servers are behaving as they should and are calling this event resolved. If you have any questions or problems please contact support.

After a long and difficult recovery process all VPS servers should now be operational. However, some VPS servers are located on the failed system which is seeing performance issues due to the underlying disk array having problems causing high IOWAIT times. We are migrating all VPS customers away from this failing system in a piecemeal fashion and expect everybody to be on a new host by tomorrow, thereby fully resolving the issue. Thank you for your patience during this event.
